When can i join?

  • Any time, until all slots are filled!

  • SIGNUP TALLY CLOSES ON THE 7TH of EACH MONTH @ 11:59PM EST. To receive the mail of the month, sign up by the 7th day of that month. Signups after the cut-off will receive mails starting from the next month.

When are monthly mails shipped out?

  • Mails are normally sent by the 14th of each month

When will my mail arrive?

  • Members within Hong Kong: within 1 week of shipping

  • Members outside Hong Kong: normally 2-4 weeks after shipping (please contact me if you haven’t received your mail by the 5th week)

  • All mails will be sent without tracking to keep membership fee low

  • Note: To prevent lost mails, make sure your address is current. If it has changed, please email me asap so I can update your address.

How do i manage my subscription?

  • You can cancel or resume your subscription anytime.

  • Note: If your subscription has been cancelled but you want to receive the mail for a particular month, make sure to sign up before the 7th of that month. You may cancel after the billing date, should you wish.

What about Damaged or Lost mails?

  • For damaged mail: Please contact me with pictures and details of the mail so we can resolve it!

  • For lost mail: I am happy to resend your mail if you haven’t received it 6 weeks after shipping confirmation. Please contact me.
